I gave both opening addresses at the conference organised by the Caribbean Institute of Forensic Accounting (CIFA), the Guyana Oil & Gas Association and the African Business Roundtable at the Pegasus Hotel in Georgetown. I have also attached the slides for ease of reference.

Correction at 28:56 to 29:30 – TSTT is 51% owned by National Enterprises Ltd – which is 18% owned by individual shareholders and 82% owned by the State – and 49% owned by Cable & Wireless which is now owned by Liberty Communications.
