This was an excellent listen! I am particularly intrigued by Mr. Chin’s statement that Sandals will be “Raping” the country. Unless we can make a direct relationship between Movie Towne and foreign exchange earnings, then there is little justification for government investing land in the project. “Streets of the World” is a straight private sector initiative and while there may be some need for incentive, that incentive must be related to the national benefit to be derived.
