The action of the politicians who are actors are more or less the same. Over time the actors change but not their actions. Our challenge then is what is perpetuating this tendency for politicians to behave so in this country. As Plain Clothes said ” We laughing”

Since the AG says he can only publish the names of lawyers who consent to same. Can companies now ask firms and individuals if they wished to be identified in the procurement process?
And will be denied entry as a result if so should those lawyers be similarly denied use of public funds?
Just asking.
Hi Ulric, of course the AG’s position is baseless and dangerous, what is more, it is a discredited argument which has been defeated in so many settled Court cases that it would be funny, if it were not so perturbing…that is the very essence of the argument I successfully advanced in my CL Financial litigation to disclose the names of those EFPA-holders who were refunded out of Public Money…
