  2. How can it be that annual audited accounts for state enterprises ,cannot be done? This is illegal. What does the auditor General Office 1) Say 2) Do about this. And the THA accounts is also included in this. And why has no one been thrown into jail for these atrocities perpetrated against the People of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago?
